We are a global, research-led consultancy that informs strategy at every stage in the entertainment lifecycle, from development through to distribution and franchise management. Services include materials testing, positioning studies, brand tracking, exit polls, and a variety of custom qualitative and quantitative services. Our longstanding client relationships include the largest film and TV studios, broadcast and cable networks, OTT platforms, and interactive gaming companies in the world.

In August 2017, MarketCast acquired Fizziology LLC, a leading social insights and analytics company in the media and entertainment space.  Fizziology joined the MarketCast family alongside New York-based research and strategy agency, Insight Strategy Group, which was acquired in 2015.

  • Become familiar with MarketCast's catalog of research products, and utilize a variety of research methodologies to design studies to meet our clients' research objectives.
  • Provide support to Research Managers, Senior Research Managers and Associate Directors on research projects end-to-end (includes drafting proposals, writing questionnaires, analyzing data, and reporting results).
  • Support the Franchise & Content Strategy team when needed by testing surveys, building report slides, and proofreading presentations.
  • Juggle multiple responsibilities with competing deadlines simultaneously.


  • 0-1 year of supplier-side market research experience.
  • Experience supporting the management of research projects from start to finish independently or within a team.
  • Knowledgeable about marketing concepts like positioning, brand health, customer satisfaction and marketing research methodologies like monadic testing.
  • Comfortable working with large quantitative data sets.
  • "Rock star" PowerPoint skills, and fully proficient in using Excel and Word.


  • BA/BS with a strong academic record and analytical background.


  • Work is generally performed within an office environment, which includes the use of standard office equipment
  • 90%  of day spent sitting in front of a computer


  • Must have the ability to safely lift a minimum of 25 lbs. without restrictions
  • Requires many hours of working in front of a computer and extended periods of telephone
  • Visual acuity (8-10 hours viewing computer)  
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

SCHEDULED WORK HOURS: 9am to 6pm, occasional evenings
