MarketCast is a global market research company whose experience extends far beyond film and into home entertainment, broadcast/cable, OTT, interactive gaming, and beyond. MarketCast, which is run by CEO Henry Shapiro, provides tracking, testing and data analytics (including marketing material testing, positioning studies, and testing for franchises, etc.) for entertainment companies.

In August 2017, MarketCast acquired Fizziology LLC, a leading social insights and analytics company in the media and entertainment space. Fizziology joined the MarketCast family alongside New York-based research and strategy agency, Insight Strategy Group, which was acquired in 2015.

  • Ability to lead and develop a team of direct reports 
  • Become familiar with MarketCast's research products and methodologies to design studies to meet our clients' objectives
  • Develop and maintain client relationships across both existing and potential clients 
  • Manage custom research projects end-to-end (including client/vendor management, drafting proposals, questionnaire development, data analysis, reporting results, and creating visual PowerPoints for presentation)


  • 5-7 years of supplier-side market research experience
  • Experience leading a team of direct reports is required
  • Proficient in managing research projects from start to finish independently
  • Demonstrated ability and experience presenting research findings to end-clients
  • Knowledgeable about marketing concepts like positioning, brand health, customer satisfaction
  • Experience with market research methodologies and techniques like monadic testing, maximum differential scaling, conjoint, and segmentation
  • Comfortable working with large quantitative data sets
  • Fully proficient in PowerPoint design skills, Excel, and Word
  • Experience with SPSS, Dimensions, or other statistical software not required, but a plus
  • Experience with Tableau or other data visualization software a plus



  • BA/BS with a strong academic record and analytical background


  • Work is generally performed within an office environment, which includes the use of standard office equipment
  • 90%  of day spent sitting in front of a computer 


  • Must have ability to safely lift minimum of 25 lbs. without restrictions
  • Requires many hours of working in front of a computer and extended periods of telephone
  • Visual acuity (8-10 hours viewing computer)  
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

 SCHEDULED WORK HOURS: 9am to 6pm, occasional evenings
